How far along? 18 weeks

Total Weight Gain? 1 pound

Maternity Clothes? More and more every day.  I’m having problems with pants since the ones that come up over my belly are still too big and tend to slide down.  But I discovered that one of my old pairs of stretchy jeans still work…not super comfortable, but better than falling down pants.

Stretch Marks?  They are still there from Serevina

Sleep? It is getting hard to get comfortable…I am trying to avoid napping, just because I have so much stuff going on.

Best moment this week? Mike and Emma’s wedding in OR and hanging out with Heidi and Noah!

Food Cravings? Salt bagels from Posh

Anything making you sick?  The smell of garbage, Serevina’s dirty diapers, cigarette smoke

Gender? Don't know yet!

Movement? Little things every once in a while…but not constant

Labor Signs? Nada!

Belly Button in or out? In!

Wedding rings on or off? On!

Happy or Moody?  Happy! 

Looking forward to? Art Fair!!

Dear baby,

            We get to find out if you are a boy or girl on Thursday....We can't wait!  I think you are a boy because I am not nearly as sick with you as I was with Serevina.  But Daddy thinks I am having another girl. We will find out soon!!

Stretch Marks?  They are still there from Serevina

Sleep? It is getting hard to get comfortable…I am trying to avoid napping, just because I have so much stuff going on.

Best moment this week? Heading to Oregon to see Heidi and Noah and for cousin Mike’s wedding!

Total Weight Gain? 1 poundsish….having the flu today may have negated that.

Sleep? It is getting hard to get comfortable…I think I need to pull out my body pillow from last time around!

Best moment this week? Outside Lands with Matt, Kristin, and the twins and having lunch with the La Honda ladies at Alice’s

            I’m hoping that I am going to start feeling you move soon.  I think that was my favorite part when I was pregnant with Serevina, the hic-ups and kicks.  Just little reminders that you are in there…so hopefully soon!!

Play Time

Serevina is very lucky to have a number of older girls in our neighborhood that think she is awesome and very worthy of their hand-me-downs.  We have gotten some awesome play room stuff and she loves playing in the playroom with her babies, kitchens, and toys.  The other day I was working in the office and came by to check on her and found her....

having a grand old time pulling everything out of the kitchen and putting herself inside instead.  She is such a goober!!

14 Weeks

How far along? 14 weeks

Total Weight Gain? None yet!  I guess I walked enough with Serevina in NYC!

Maternity Clothes? Some tops, having a hard time because my regular pants aren’t really fitting anymore, but all my maternity pants fall down.

Stretch Marks?  They are still there from Serevina

Sleep? It has been warm on and off and I don’t sleep well when it is hot

Best moment this week?  Getting to see you on the ultrasound with Serevina and Daddy!

Dear baby,

            We had a slight scare this weekend when I was rear-ended.  But it looks like everything is okay!  I’m a little sore, but knowing you are okay makes any pain not such a big deal.

Our little climber

Serevina loves to climb on things...however we have had to have some conversations about what is appropriate to climb on and what is not.  I'm so paranoid that she is going to fall off the table or chairs on to our hardwood floors.  So far we have been lucky....but I don't like her pushing her luck!
